Attorney Damond Garza
Damond Kelly Garza has spent his entire professional career in trial work and preparation. Upon finishing his law degree, Damond was selected by his law school faculty as a national member of the Order of the Barristers.
Damond then spent the first five years of his career refining his litigation skills while representing some of the largest insurance companies and multi-national corporations in the world. This invaluable experience has prepared Damond to now help individuals in their fight against those very same corporations.

Attorney Rick B. Rodriguez
Rick B. Rodriguez was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and is a first generation Mexican-American whose parents immigrated from Mexico in pursuit of economic opportunities. Rick graduated from Mac Arthur High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary's University, as well as law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. Upon receiving his license to practice law in Texas, Rick became an associate attorney with Shelton & Valdez, P.C., where he represented businesses in all areas of civil litigation throughout the South Texas region. In 2006, Rick left Shelton & Valadez, P.C. in order to help found the law firm of Blazquez, Rodriguez, & Zenner, PLLC, and subsequently left that firm to start his own where he represented individuals and businesses in all forms of civil litigation. Rick's commitment to his clients and community was inspired by the work ethic and struggles his parents endured to succeed in their new country.
In November of 2014, Rick accepted an Of Counsel position with Martinez & Associates, PLLC where he represents individuals and businesses involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference with a contract, and resolving all forms of business disputes. Additionally, Rick represents individuals in all areas of personal injury involving auto and trucking accidents, wrongful death, and workplace injuries.

Attorney Mark Acuna
Mark Acuna is a veteran of the courtroom. He joins Martinez & Associates with over 25 years of experience as a trial attorney. Mr. Acuna started his career as a solo practitioner handling all manner of legal disputes. However, his focus soon became litigation in all areas of personal injury and employment law, to include discrimination, wrongful termination, wage & hour disputes, non-subscriber injuries, etc.,.
Mr. Acuna has successfully prosecuted claims against some of the largest corporations and governmental entities in the country. In addition to his license to practice law in New Mexico and Texas, Mr. Acuna has also been admitted in federal court, having successfully argued cases before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals.
